AI Workshop

AI training that sticks in everyday work.

No lectures: everyone builds their own AI helper for a real task. It works the very next day.

  • On site or online
  • With your own examples
  • No prior knowledge needed

Examples of AI helpers

  • SalesA draft quote from the customer's enquiry
  • OfficeMinutes with a task list, from your notes
  • EngineeringA test report from bullet points
  • ServiceA reply to a customer complaint

Five formats, one principle.

Your team learns on its own tasks. You are at the controls, we guide you.

  • AI Workshop for the whole team

AI basics for everyone, with your examples. On site or live online.

  • Department workshops

Sales, administration, engineering or HR: one workshop per department, built around its tasks.

  • AI Champion Programme

In six weeks, we train your internal AI contacts. That way, the knowledge stays in-house.

  • AI Guardrails Day

Rules for your team in one day: data traffic light, AI policy as a draft, AI inventory and documentation of AI literacy. No legal advice, your law firm reviews the result.

  • Tool training

Copilot in everyday office work, ChatGPT in the team, Claude Cowork in practice, Mistral as AI from Europe.

How a training session works.

  1. 1

    Before

In the consultation, we collect real tasks from your team.

  2. 2

    Workshop

Everyone builds their AI helper. You are at the controls, we guide you.

  3. 3

    After

A short guide, the data traffic light and a certificate of attendance listing the content.

Quick answers.

Do we need prior knowledge?

No. If you can write emails, you can use AI. We start with tasks everyone knows.

On site or online? In which language?

Both, in English or German. Online across Europe and beyond, on site in the Karlsruhe region and elsewhere by arrangement. We usually start online.

Which tools do you use?

The ones you already have, for example Copilot in Microsoft 365. We are vendor-independent and do not sell licences.

Does this help with AI literacy under the EU AI Act?

Yes. Anyone using AI professionally should promote the AI literacy of their staff (Article 4 of the EU AI Act). The law does not require a certificate. Our certificate of attendance listing the content helps with the documentation. It does not replace legal advice.

What does a training cost?

After the free consultation, you receive a fixed-price quote that fits your team size and format.
