2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores access data in log files: the page or file accessed, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the status of the request, browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page (referrer) and the IP address.
- Purpose: secure and stable delivery of the website, defence against attacks and misuse
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website
- Retention: log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted or anonymised. Data needed to investigate an incident is kept until the incident has been resolved.
3. Contact form, email and phone
When you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process the details you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, your request, your preferred way of talking, your preferred time and your message. If you took the AI Check beforehand and added the result to the form yourself, a short summary of your result is sent along.
The form transmits your details in encrypted form to our web space, which forwards them as an email to our mailbox. The form itself does not store any data on the server. If you reach the website via one of our ads, the address contains a click ID from Google (gclid). We send this ID to ourselves together with your request so that we can see which ads lead to requests. We do not pass it on to Google.
- Purpose: answering your request, scheduling and preparing the conversation
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering requests)
- Retention: as long as necessary to process your request. If an order results, the statutory retention periods for business letters apply (up to six years, up to ten years for accounting records).
- Recipients: our email mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM (see section 2). Your data is not passed on to third parties.
4. Consultation by phone or video
We hold the consultation by phone or video. For video calls, we use the tool you prefer, for example Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. Processing by the respective provider is governed by its privacy policy. We do not record conversations unless everyone involved has expressly agreed in advance. For live examples, we only use non-critical sample data.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Webinar and events
If you register for a webinar or an event, or ask to be told when a date is set, we use your name, company and email address to send you that notice, the access link or invitation, a reminder and, if you wish, the recording. We will tell you which webinar tool we use with the invitation. We only send you marketing if you have expressly agreed to it.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. After the event, we delete your registration data at the latest after six months, unless further cooperation results from it.
6. AI Check and calculator
The AI Check and the calculator “What does waiting cost?” run entirely in your browser. Your entries do not leave your device and are not stored. Only if you add the result to the contact form yourself and send the request do we receive a short summary of your result (see section 3).
7. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We use no analytics or tracking tools, no social media plug-ins and no embedded content from other providers. Fonts and icons are served locally from our own web space. Links to other websites, for example to studies or to LinkedIn, only open those websites when you click the link.
Should we use a tool to measure our advertising in future, we will update this policy beforehand.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access the data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object to this on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). An informal message to contact@liquidbeam-academy.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state of your residence. The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg)
